Van Gogh Pictures
At art club today the children created their own versions of Starry Starry Night.
They used chalk pastels to create their pictures.

Art Club Week 4
This week the after school art club were studying the work of famous painter Vincent Van Gogh. They completed their own versions of "Stary Stary Night" using chalk pastels.
Their pictures were fantastic! They learnt how to blend and mix colours.
They also made paper weights by transfering images of their favourite movie characters to painted stones.

This week the art club made beautiful notice boards. They were very proud of their completed work!

Art Club Week 2
Lots of the boys and girls in first class are in Múinteoir Sinéad's after school art club.
They have spent the last two weeks working on their hessian handcrafts.
They are looking fantastic so far!
