Counties of Ireland

We have  been learning all about the 32 counties in Ireland. 

Múinteoir Sinéad brought us in some GAA jerseys from different counties to look out. 

We had fun guessing the counties based on the jersey colours. 

Christmas Cards

We were delighted that our Christmas cards arrived today! 

The boys and girls worked really hard on their pictures and were thrilled with how they turned out. 

Sewing Skills

We are learning how to sew this week in school. We are making Christmas decorations. 

New Playground

 We were so excited to try out the brand new playground equipment today. We had so much fun climbing, swinging and sliding! 

The Robin

We are learning about the Robin in school. We drew beautiful pictures of a robin sitting on a branch for art this week. Some of us painted the robin, some of us used chalk pastels and some people used colouring pencils. We think they came out great! 

Buddy the Elf

We had a surprise visit from Buddy the elf today!
