Christmas Jumper Day 2020

We wore our favourite Christmas jumpers and hats today! We brought in €2, which will go towards creating a shoebox for the Shoebox Appeal and the Galway Hospice. 

We also recorded some of our Christmas performance too! It was a very festive and fun filled day. 

 

Counties of Ireland

We have  been learning all about the 32 counties in Ireland. 

Múinteoir Sinéad brought us in some GAA jerseys from different counties to look out. 

We had fun guessing the counties based on the jersey colours. 

Christmas Cards

We were delighted that our Christmas cards arrived today! 

The boys and girls worked really hard on their pictures and were thrilled with how they turned out. 

Sewing Skills

We are learning how to sew this week in school. We are making Christmas decorations.
